ScottishPower is part of the Scottish Business Climate Collaboration (SBCC), a group of leading corporate businesses who have joined forces to help lead the fight against climate change, inspire action as a legacy of COP26 and accelerate the just transition to a net-zero future.

SBCC’s member organisations (Aggreko, Bank of Scotland, Diageo, EY, FirstGroup, ScottishPower, Scottish Water and Wood Group) wanted to help small and medium-sized enterprises across Scotland to make the transition to net-zero.

As part of the commitments made by the collaboration, the SBCC is supporting supply chains and the wider small and medium enterprises ecosystem in Scotland through the development of the Climate Action Hub.

The Hub features a range of resources including 12 e-learning modules on topics ranging from entry-level climate science to carbon emissions related to business practices. Users of the platform will also have free access to a dashboard to track carbon literacy across their organisation as well as tools to calculate their own carbon baseline and help them develop a carbon reduction plan.
