Human Resources Director

Sarah McNulty was appointed Human Resources Director in January 2022 and is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, both strategic and operational, ensuring overall alignment with the group’s vision and goals. Sarah will oversee all aspects of HR management, policies and practices to meet the needs of the organisation.

Sarah joined ScottishPower in 2000 and has held a variety of roles within Human Resources.  Since 2019, Sarah was the Director of Strategic HRM, accountable for setting and driving the strategic direction of HR function and execution of the business and HR strategies against overall HR strategic plan.

Sarah has a Bachelor´s degree of Arts in Honours History (2:1) and Master of Arts Twentieth Century History, from University of Liverpool, and also successfully completed the Global Leadership Programme in conjunction with IMD.
