Engineering
Our Engineers are responsible for defining and implementing robust and cost-effective engineering strategies and plans. From the planning and implementing of site logistics through to leading on project delivery including management of contractors and ensuring engineering, quality and H&SE standards are maintained, the role of the Engineer is fundamental in all stages of our project life cycle.
Development Project Managers
Project Managers within our Development team are at the heart of our exciting journey, ensuring the effective delivery of projects to meet SPR’s ambitious pipeline growth targets. With a focus on the delivery of planning consents/permits for the projects with all necessary financial approval and budgetary control associated, our project managers form strong relationships with all major stakeholders to lead and recommend appropriate project and commercial strategies. Our Development Project Managers are experienced in renewable project design techniques, have a detailed understanding of the Environmental Impact Assessment and have a working knowledge of local and national planning processes.
Construction Project Managers
Construction Project Managers are responsible for the development, control, delivery and installation of wind, solar and battery projects from initial site investigation works through to handing over to Operations. The role includes defining the project strategy, contractor management, and delivery of projects in line with business standards, budget, timescales and Health & Safety requirements.
Contract Managers
Contracts Managers are responsible for leading a team of experts to define contracting strategies and plans, tendering, negotiating and managing multimillion delivery contracts.
Operations and Maintenance
Our O&M team are responsible for the overall site operations and maintenance strategy, ensuring that this is achieved safely, efficiently and in compliance with relevant statutory/legislative requirements and Company policies/procedures.
