Right now, an army of dedicated people are helping to keep us all safe and make sure essential services and supplies are running.
ScottishPower is committed to safely supporting these remarkable efforts – we have prioritised our work to keep your energy flowing, inspecting and repairing our networks where needed and we continue to generate clean energy to keep our lights on and our homes warm.
We know these are challenging times for many of our energy customers. So, we’ve made it simple for them to get the help they need, when they need it. We’re ensuring support is there for our most vulnerable customers and we’ve also introduced new online services, which provide customers with more flexibility over how much they pay and even the ability to take payment holidays.
Recognising that our employees are keen to play their part too, we have opened a volunteering scheme which means they can take time off work to support the wider efforts and help the vulnerable among us.
And it’s important that we actively support the many local initiatives taking place in and around the communities we serve. We are continuing to invest in projects, supporting jobs and the supply chains that are critical for a strong economy today and for the years ahead.
We’re here for you and we will do our bit to help everyone come through this. Now, more than ever we want to build a better future, quicker for us all.
