My name is Keith. It’s my job to make sure everyone at ScottishPower is focussed on keeping the power flowing to you every day, particularly during these difficult times.

My name is Steven. As you stay at home, we are keeping the turbines turning. So you have the green energy you need.

My name is Dan and it is my job to carry out critical and essential work on our network to ensure we keep the power flowing for our customers while ensuring sites like hospitals receive the electricity supply they need.

Hi there, I’m Chris. We might not be able to work from the office just now but we are all working from home. Everyone’s working really, really hard to make sure that we’re available for all our customers and especially those of you who are most vulnerable.

And I’m Eilidh. We recognise that some of our customers, whether at home or running a business, may be struggling financially at the moment so we’ve introduced new online services to offer greater payment flexibility to those that need it, like payment holidays or the ability to reduce your direct debit down to as little as £5 per fuel per month.
