We have won a major award this week for our innovative use of technology to support our customers across the UK.
The Best Use of Technology award at the UK Customer Service Awards was given in recognition of our industry leading app and Energy Insights tool that allows customers to see their energy usage like never before.
Used by over 300,000 customers, it takes the time and effort out of tracking where your home energy is being used, and where it could be most easily reduced, helping customers take full control of their household energy.
Using simple yet effective visual charts, it also helps customers better understand their energy use by appliance helping them identify ways to save money.
A customer survey found over 70% of users found Energy Insights useful while ScottishPower data shows a 5% energy saving for those who use it most.
