ScottishPower is the only energy supplier to improve its overall rating in the uSwitch Customer Satisfaction Survey for 2017, making the company the highest ranked big-six supplier. The Overall Satisfaction Score for ScottishPower improved by 1.3 percentage points to 70.6%.
This is the fourth year in a row that ScottishPower’s overall satisfaction score has increased, and the company’s best performance since 2010.
Across the entire survey, ScottishPower is the highest ranked big-six supplier in three categories; Overall Customer Satisfaction, Best Value for Money and Best Online Services.
Colin McNeill, Head of Retail at ScottishPower said: “We have consistently seen improving performance in industry surveys this year for the services we offer to customers. We are pleased to be the highest ranked large supplier, and to see our overall score moving in the right direction.
