Research by energy comparison website Energylinx has rated ScottishPower as the best energy supplier of January 2013. Monthly feedback from customers saw ScottishPower’s overall rating at 4.5 out of 5 stars. The company received a rating of 4.4 stars out of 5 for its ease of transfer, and 4 stars for its tariff pricing, communication and the quality of information provided.

Commenting on the research, Neil Clitheroe, CEO of ScottishPower Retail and Generation, said: “We are committed to the highest levels of customer service, and we are pleased to have received positive feedback in the latest Energylinx survey. In a recent customer satisfaction survey by uSwitch we were also ranked first in the industry for the transfer process.
